What the service is for

踏點 is a tool for recording field coordinates, organizing photos and exporting data. It helps users keep point information through site inspection, patrol and data organization workflows in Taiwan.

Not a precision survey instrument

踏點 is not a cadastral survey, engineering survey or legal boundary determination tool. The coordinates, directions, accuracy values and conversion results shown in the app are for field records and data organization only.

User responsibilities

• Decisions that matter for engineering, cadastral, legal or safety purposes should be confirmed by qualified professionals using professional instruments.
• Stay aware of your surroundings in the field. Do not let operating the app distract you from traffic, terrain, weather or site hazards.
• Before exporting or sharing data that contains locations and photos, make sure you are entitled to handle and share that content.

Trial and purchase

• A seven-day full-feature trial starts after installation. When the trial ends you can still open, view, edit and export existing data; creating new projects, points and photos requires Pro.
• Pro is a non-consumable in-app purchase made once. It does not renew automatically.
• Payment, receipts and refunds are handled by Apple under its App Store terms. Logua Studio does not process your payment details and cannot issue refunds on Apple's behalf.
• After changing device or reinstalling, use the same Apple Account you purchased with and tap Restore Purchases on the purchase screen in the app.
• Downloading and using the app through the App Store is also subject to Apple's applicable licence terms (Apple's Standard End User Licence Agreement). These terms are supplementary information provided by Kairong Liou (Logua Studio) about this app, and do not replace that agreement.

Changes to data and the service

踏點 may adjust coordinate display, export formats, data fields and interface content in future versions. Significant changes will be explained in the app or on this site where practical.

External services and export responsibility

Maps, address lookup, navigation, the system share sheet and Mail may use services from Apple, Google or the operating system. Exported files may contain coordinates, times, photos and field information; confirm the recipient, the purpose and your rights over the data before sharing.
